Wilson for Dickov. Straight swap.

I think I'd be happy with that.

Dickov has had money, got some good players, but can't get them to play.

I wouldn't want Robins as twice he's left a club over a dispute about the budget. Yes he'd get some cash, but not as much as he'd want.

Please tell us who these "good" players are.

Forrester, Wellens, Coppinger, Bennett, Main, Tyson, RObinson, Mccombe, Evina, Mccullough, Furman, Keegan - all of these have played at higher levels and won promotion from this level most of them aswell.  Yet they sit just outside the bottom 4 - not good enough.

Forrester: Needs to consistently perform to show he is a good player
Wellens: Past it. Only here because nobody else wants him. Can't be arsed at the moment.
Coppinger: Agreed one of the few decent players we have.
Bennett: So he has become a good player suddenly has he?
Main: We have yet to find out.
Tyson: Not good enough for league 2 but expected to be a winner for us.
Robinson: Lost for words
McCombe; Average league 2 player.
Evina: You are having a laugh
McCullough: Could be decent in a few years maybe but not big enough for a centre back
Furman: Gives too many silly free kicks away and far too inconsistent
Keegan: Average league 2 player.

Which will stretch to 16 when we fail to win those games under his management.

18 places off the top of the table, 7 places, and 7 points off the bottom.

Not sure I agree with you about keegan wellred, thought he was 1 of the better players last year when teams attack us he is excellent at breaking play up,the problem arises when he is expected to attack a little bit

We digress. This thread is asking (in Panini style) would you swap Dickov for Wilson right now?

I would. And I'd even throw in a silver Southampton badge. And five Mick Mills.

I Would swap for Harold Wilson ''You've never had it so good''!!,but not Mark i get the impression the youth team would frighten him, never mind the first team.
