Title: Lundstram

Hope that David Weir doesn't want him at Sheff Utd, Everton would surely let him out on loan to Weir over us

We're playing at a higher level, which should be better for his development, and he enjoyed his time here

If,our current management did want him,Everton may feel the next step for him in his progress after already experiencing League one and pretty successfully, would be to get experience and the challenge of the championship?Thats often how premiership teams progress their young prospects. It's all if's and maybe's and until their is some official news we can only guess what is going on behind the scenes. Also, usually and understably but also frustratingly, decisions on players like these are not made by their parent clubs until after their pre-season training has ended.

He loved it here, I'm sure he'd want to come back, anyone who bought the DVD will see how much he enjoyed his time here, think his words were that he couldn't wish to have been at a better club or with better fans.

Drover,
Agree wholeheartedly with your comments.
I also think he would come on leaps and bounds with a full seasons experience

For Lundtram's development Evertopn may want him at a lower level to ensure he does get a full season.
Putting him with us in the Champoinship, will he be guarenteed to play every game. I am not sure.

I think Everton will want him around the place pre-season and quite rightly so. Martinez may want to make a judgement for himself before agreeing any loan deals but either way, I'm sure they'll want him to play at the highest level possible.

John himself will have seen others like Ross Berkley go on loan and then push for the odd first team squad, so he'll want to be playing as high up as possible to give him a better platform.

I suspect the maximum we'll get is a 3 month loan until they re-assess him.

I reckon he is as good/better than anything else we've got in midfield.
Has Furman signed yet? Hopefully he will. I still can't see Wellens coming back. He'd have to take a huge drop in wages, if what the papers report he is getting now is correct.
