After reading the DFP and listening to fergies comments over the last few week, I wouldn’t be surprised if he walks today if he’s not given a decent crack of the whip for next seasons budget.

It’s clear to almost everyone there trying to do things on a shoestring and trying to find the golden nugget.  Well it’s not working and the football this season as been bordering on shite.

Interesting few days ahead I suspect.

since when has a manager at this level walked? You don't give up a years salary on a matter of principle they all wait to to leave the club by mutual agreement otherwise known as sacked

True, you shouldn’t walk from your job in any shape mate, but I think it’s different now, I for one think the ship has sailed and certain people ate thinking where’s my 100k a year salary coming from!!

If you were Fergie, you'd fight for as high budget as possible. What's happening is negotiations and all the poliutical posturing that goes with such things. He gets a higher budget then it is more likely he can improve his CV.
