Wycombe tickets wanted (long shot I know...)
« on April 22, 2017, 10:03:57 am by Wokingviking »
I've only just found out I could get to the game today, but the ticket office stopped selling yesterday.

Is anyone travelling with spares please?  I need one for me plus one for 16 year-old son.

It's a long way if they don't though.

Just a 50 mile round trip for me but it'd be nice to be guaranteed to get in.  And now I've buggered about on their website just as they took the online (home) tickets off sale...

I might end up at Woking v York at this rate.

Didn't notice that. Still nobody likes a wasted journey.

Decided - I daren't miss this so I'm just going over there, fingers crossed for Donnievic's unbridled optimism!

Copps being back should make a big difference.

Hmm doesn't seem to be working so far perhaps being promoted makes a team switch off .

So did it end up being a stressy time in the home end?

No, got in as Andy notes, and made a terrific catch that I am hoping makes the highlights and gets me in front of Marosi in the pecking order...

With my son having southern vowels (the shame of it I know) we are a diverse duo who can get in just about anywhere in England providing one of us pretends to be mute.

The lads never really hit top gear today but also the ref was a bottler/homer - stonewall penalty for a shove not given.  I have to say I was a bit disappointed with Lawlor... Akinfenwa aka Professor of Geography had him well beaten for a header that hit the bar and he didn't get anywhere near the second despite it being obvious where it was coming.  But nobody was outstanding today except our fans - great support as usual and anyway, 2 points clear still!

Ah, then you were sitting about 6 rows down directly in front of me Woking - and yes excellent catch sir, shame the camera man was looking the other way.
