Crewe Home Tickets
« on May 02, 2024, 09:02:32 am by Mike_F »
Not coming up on the website when I click "Home Tickets." The only tickets showing are for the Liverpool charity match.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing or has anybody been able to buy tickets yet?

Click DRFC in the top menu bar, then click 'Reserved Tickets'

DO NOT click Home Tickets

And yes, I have bought mine at about 08:45 this morning

Can't help with that - you may need to call them.

Can't see how to buy the extra tickets per ST holder or how to buy for other ST holders on my friends list. (I can buy for family who are registered as a close link). Also I'm buying for my dad, he's an over 60 so if anyone else is buying in this category you need to click "edit ticket" and select over 65 from the dropdown.

I'll give them a ring!

It is possible but it's a bit fiddly. I added the usual season tickets to the basket then 'continued shopping'. I arrived back at to the stadium seat plan which showed the selected season ticket seats highlighted yellow. On that screen you can add seats, change the prices and link new seats to a season ticket holder. I had to properly allocate the tickets so I could add additional ones. A little bit fiddly but worked quite well.

Just had a message from my young friend who tried his luck to get a ticket and no problem. He shouldn't have been allowed until Saturday according to the e mail. So it looks like it's open season if you want to try your luck without waiting

Looks like the south stand has sold out, I imagine that’s with season ticket holders seats being held back for them.

He and anyone who has done this will be refunded throughout the day i’d imagine.

Thank you Northants, that's really helpful.

Anyone know if you can purchase reserved tickets for linked friends & family (online), like you usually can? Can't seem to find a way. Bit of a pain as I think a lot of people who go in a group will do the same thing and have one person who tends to log on and sort the tickets for the whole group.

I have to say, I think the communication from the club has been really poor on the ticketing for these semi-finals. I think the away leg comms could've been a hell of a lot clearer and saved a lot of angst, and for this home game, why didn't it say anywhere (unless I've missed it) that you have to go through "Reserved tickets" rather than the usual "Home tickets" menu?

In the queue & we have been told we can only get our season tickets in the south stand & if you want an additional ticket for someone it has to be in another stand, bit of a shambles really.

Looks like all tickets have gone on general sale to everyone, just season ticket seats reserved.

Our season tickets are in F13, but we are not allowed to purchase our reserved tickets as that area is greyed out and unavailable. We get an error when trying. I know sky like to keep these areas free for cameras and usually the areas do come free, but wondered if anyone else has had the same issue?

On line & It won’t allow me to buy my season ticket seats. Will only allow the others which are not reserved season tickets.
So i have purchased an extra one next to me which I need. No problem with that.
I think season tickets are being held until Monday so no panic.
Can’t get through on the phone so will have to be patient.

Any one else the same as me?

Have you gone through DRFC, then Reserved Tickets in the top menu (instead of Home Tickets)? Not immediately obvious but that's how STH's need to do it.

I’ve tried to get to the reserved tickets part and am getting nowhere. What a shambles. I’m giving up for now.

Some details not been thought through here, clearly. Blame the management. Probably the lads and lasses in the ticket office are run off their feet.
