He got quite a bit of stick from the west stand faithful in the second half today.Ok, I'll re-phrase that: he got a LOT of stick in the second half today. His attitude is nothing short of disgraceful. Waving his arms around and berating everyone, his team mates, the referee, the Lino and anyone else who he feels like berating. It wouldn't be so bad if he was playing well, but he isn't. The final straw was when he went down feigning a head injury. The comments from the west stand were unrepeatable on here.DF needs to get his head sorted out, and quick. He's letting everyone down at the moment, mainly himself. His new name seems to be 'headless chicken'

Had my brother in law attend today, a neutral from St Helens, Everton fan.Picked Marquis out as being awful. I tried explaining he was our top scorer and main man up front but he was adamant he was shit.
I like JM. His all action style and willingness to run his socks off for the team are what makes him popular with the fans. I would like to change two things about him, in an effort to make him a better team player.Firstly, he needs to pick his battles. Not every challenge on him by an opponent is a foul and not every challenge he makes is a legal one, yet he mouths off at the referee and/or linesman every time. How he doesn't get cautioned more, I don't know!Secondly, I wish that he would stay more in the centre forward position and not go looking for the ball in deep positions or out on the wing. We need him to be our lead striker and to be that, he needs to be in the penalty area far more often to be on the end of chances - he should watch Harry Kane's year on Sky Sports to see what a main striker should be doing for the team.

You say he is popular with the fans mate but he got some fearsome stick from plenty of fans in the South Stand in the second half today.
