Remember when Peterborough lost their first 7 games last season, and then for the rest of the season had decent form, but still got relegated? If they'd picked up just one point from those opening 7 games, they'd have stayed up.

this is my point as well Phoenix. Players need time to gel, an a slow start could spell disaster.

I think the shareholders are meeting today so I suspect the takeover will be sorted one way or the other and, we might hear tonight. In my view, this should have been sorted by last week at the latest though!

Investment or not, we're not a big enough club to give everyone else a headstart.
