If Bournemouth can't be presented with trophy at Tranmere, does it mean that it'll be at Brentford just in case we win it?

Yes it will be at Brentford . :)

Doncaster will be presented with the League One trophy if they win and leaders Bournemouth fail to triumph at  Tranmere.
However, Merseyside Police announced today they will not allow Bournemouth to receive the trophy at Prenton Park.

I would've thought it'd create a worse situation if we went galavanting round Griffin Park with it.

Serve them right, with how cocky they're being.

Well it makes sense. Even if Bournemouth could be presented it, a fake plastic version will still come to Griffin Park, as well as the tea trays.

But it does mean the trophy will be decked out in our colours, should Bournemouth win the league it will just make the short journey south.

I don't see why. It is only fair for the team who wins the title to lift the trophy on the final game of the season, home or away.

I don't think we will win the title mind.

So?

We go up, we deserve to celebrate our success. I don't care about Brentford feeling hurt and I won't expect them to provide us that courtesy if we were to lose the game.

I agree but do think the Bees will come up through the P/Offs though.  :rtid:
