A great strike regardless but I don't think it was anywhere near as good of a goal. John had far longer to pick his spot and line the strike up too.The level of opposition and standard of goalkeeping/defending should also be taken into consideration.
Unbelievable strike- It was like a rocket.
John also had a hand from the wind. I remember at the time thinking has he hit that knowing the wind would maybe carry it beyond the keeper. It was during one of the storms we had over the winter, I'm sure.
