It would be interesting to know the size of the bid with it being the same manager that got him off us on the cheap

Doesn't matter - he left us a good while ago now under different circumstances.

Good job that SFT won the banner vote then.

I love Billy but I think 500k is very steep.

Goal for Goal next season CM will score more that BS, Nailed on. I think Curtis will have a really good season, as I think the whole team will. 2 Defenders coming in b4 weekend

The last time Billy played for us at Brammall Lane his parents were sat in the stand and got incredible abuse from the Blunts fans, so much so that his mother burst into tears.
I guess he will have to forget about that if he signs for them.

Agreed: williams on a free probably on less wages - as much as billy was amazing for us in his first stint - is I think better business! Good luck bill, hope you get firing again at the blades! Williams I'm sure will fire for us!

That's part and parcel of football though, hound, it wouldn't be a reason not to join them as it could happen anywhere. I've heard some absolutely disgusting stuff from our fans over the years, for example.

Can you imagine the signing on fees he might have had over the years?

He could have gone down as an all time great somewhere but unfortunately he's becoming a bit of a journeyman now.

Good Luck to him and his family, he now at home with almost no travelling. He left here a long time ago and sadly did not perform last time here. :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:
