FA Cup Ties on TV
« on December 11, 2015, 11:32:32 am by The Red Baron »
Live games are:
Exeter v Liverpool
Wycombe v Aston Villa
Man United v Sheffield United
Spurs v Leicester

Can't see the point of the last two. I suppose there is still a chance that we will be on BBC' Sunday coverage again, though that will probably take a few off the gate.

I can see the point of the first 3 for sure because if we drew Man Utd away like Blades we would be disappointed if it wasn't on tele. Spurs vs Leicester I think will be a very good game to watch as a neutral but thought they may pick another lower league team.

Might get a chance to see Kitch's brilliant goal for Orient v Chelsea in FA Cup maybe Round 5 if they see off the Scunny Bunny mob

Yes ... both goals show Kitch at his best. Close control dribbling for the first and the second great touch and great finish

Still my favourite Rovers Player although Paul Green (though he was not to know - or possible care) was just a game from taking over ! Had he stayed with us in The Championship even for a while he would have succeeded Kitch as my favourite but he is still only a whisker behind even now !

Had Paul played only one game in the Championship he would have become the only player in Rovers history to play for Rovers at 4 different league levels

SO ... if we had not lost to Exeter with that flukey long range effort ( a la Gareth Roberts v Ipswich ) we STILL would not have got on Telly

They also show games live on BBC Wales. Oxford v Swansea is on on the Sunday.
