It's a neanderthal dragging and groaning sound, and the constant clicking of the extra finger that they have!.
And because the teeth are absent you will hear the slopping of gums!, And for the upmarket 'Dingle' the constant dropping of their false teeth can get tiresome, even with the extra finger, they are very clumsy.
''I have always had a soft spot for them though''!.
