Flynny on the Carlisle game
« on March 16, 2013, 11:12:40 am by Standanista »
Just listening to his interview on Rovers Player.  He said that he felt the pitch on Tuesday night was playable, and that he expressed his views as-such "very firmly" to the referee at the time.

I know the pitch inspection was early, but when it showed the ground on Sky Sports News in the early afternoon it certainly didn't look playable.
It looked as though a large part of the pitch hadn't been covered as there was snow on it

I was a little pissed when I heard it had been called off but after hearing the Blades was called off too I was happier, I wouldn't want them being 2 games in hand over us and they should really struggle fitting the games in.

Do we have a date for the game and if not when should we find out?

9th of April. Same for the Blades' game with Crewe. Title could be decided that night, effectively.

I was shit-faced when I heard it, but in mitigation, it was 3pm on a Tuesday, so what do you expect?

Bloody Americanisms! I hate them with a vengeance.

I hate them with a relish.  You can put Hendo's with anything.
