Today’s team
COYR
-
Not sure about Smith
Hopefully he will get the winner and prove me wrong!
-
I’m glad he’s the only one your not sure of
-
There’s a decent crowd at least. I wonder how many of ours made the journey?
-
It is an interesting test of the squad, playing an on-form, near top of the table side. I have a feeling Rovers are starting to come good. Fingers crossed for a shock win!

Set off well so far been on the front foot for first 10
-
Good stats so far, a real forward press against them. Whether they can do 90 minutes of that is questionable though.
-
Argyle tv commentator talking like it’s Man U v Rochdale talking down to us really hope we do these
-
Outstanding tackle that from Tommy

Aren't Plymouth the Super Champions of Cornwall?
-
Great save dalberg
-
We’ve had 2 or 3 corners, Argyle none yet and Mister Kettle has already made some bizarre decisions here.
What a super save our keeper made just now, great reactions as he was being chipped

According to @drfc_police 250 Rovers fans made the journey

Smith has been booked there for little or nothing against their playmaker Houghton.

We nearly scored there Dodoo, great play from Smith. We get another corner. We’re doing well OK today.
-
We are not bottom (at the moment)
Thanks Shrewsbury
-
This game is looking like a great opportunity for Bostock to win it for us when he gets on.
-
Final ball is the problem or more that there isn’t anyone in the box when it comes in.
-
We've been marginally the better team this half IMO. The team is playing well apart from the front three.
-

Depends whether he’s got the pace to stop Plymouth players running straight pasted him
-

Gits!

apart from 3 or similar fouls for shirt pulling or holding and already been told prior
-
Great tackle by Knowles there he stopped a certain goal with a great tackle from their star striker Hardy. Kettle now nagging our players goodness knows why? Plymouth are getting more confident we need to score. Their player Galloway booked for fouling our keeper.
-
Good watch so far keep it up lads

Good game so far. Dodoo looking stronger game by game and has the beating of Grant every time. I just wish when we crossed the ball it would go somewhere near Cukur who has again looked clueless.

Nice one Cyril?
(One for the kids there)
-
Good first half, let's keep it going we most definitely don't look like a team at the wrong end of the table. In my opinion Mr Kettle has done nothing wrong and has run the game quite well. Cant argue with Smith getting booked for persistent fouling. The other good thing, he is letting us get away with time wasting that had it been the other side we would all be moaning.
-
We’re doing alright here. Smith and Dodoo look good. I’m sat with the home fans and they’re very dismissive of us though. It’s only a matter of time before they knock in 3 or 4 past us according to some of them.
-
Respect HA for getting there. It’s entertaining we need to score first, there’s no way they’ll put 3or4 past us. I’m expecting Bostock to be the difference and help us to win this. I hope I’m right here!
-

That sort of arrogance was there when we were in the Championship alongside them. No idea what it’s based on.
-
Been good so far but need to be asking more of hiwula only one not on it today so far
-
Get in
-
Been good so far but need to be asking more of hiwula only one not on it today so far
He will probably go and score now.
-
Gooooaaaaaaallllll
-
Concentration needed now.
-
Then he scores haha il take that
-
Out of relegation spots and a game in hand on most above.
-
The ball is crossed to Hiwula at the back post - he takes a touch and toes it beyond the onrushing Cooper.
0-1 #DRFC #PLYDON

As i was saying..............

-
Amazing what a team gelling can do. Can't believe some idiots wanted Wellens gone after a bad start!
-
I hope we don’t sit too deep now.
-
It’s a deserved lead
-
I bet the gobshite on Plymouth TV has got a bit more respect now!
-
Great chance for rovers. Credit to Cukur there, he created it through his tenacity.
-
Cukur is looking decent today. Miles better than how his season started out.
-
63' CHANCE.
Brilliant by Tiago Cukur who wins the ball and finds Hiwula.
Hiwula did everything right and chipped the keeper but James Wilson did well to get back and head away. 0-1 #DRFC #PLYDON
COYR
-
Should of been to great clearance off the line
-
It’s great to be defending a lead!
We’re looking good and confident. Our players are beginning to perform and express themselves.
-
What a stupid penalty to give away.
-
Pen to Plymouth
-
1-1

69' Goal Plymouth Argyle.
Dahlberg gets a hand to Luke Jephcott's spot kick but it comes off the post and goes over the line. 1-1 #DRFC #PLYDON
COYR
-
They’ve got a pen foul by the goal scorer Knowle. Dahlberg almost saved it pushed it onto the post and it went in.
-
Back down to 23rd come on rovers
-
It went scrappy just before that penalty, neither team could keep hold of it, Galbraith being possibly the main culprit. Time to make some subs.
-
Didn't think it was a penalty.
-
They’ve got a pen foul by the goal scorer Knowle. Dahlberg almost saved it pushed it onto the post and it went in.
Goal scorer knowle ?
-
Watched that back… I’m not convinced that’s a penalty at all. From Kettle’s angle it’s different but it looks like their lad slid after getting the cross off. Knoyle looks like he went to ground but didn’t make contact… thoughts?
-
It is a good improvement that having gone to 1-1 we are still looking for the win. Keep positive Rovers!
-
They’ve got a pen foul by the goal scorer Knowle. Dahlberg almost saved it pushed it onto the post and it went in.
It's Knoyle, and he wasn't the goal scorer.
-
Crowd 11000, 250 Rovers supporters. Well done to get there.
-
A draw here & a goal to boot would be a massive achievement.
-

Goal scorer knowle ?
Donnydub getting closer with every post to spelling Cyril's name correctly!
-
Colin I agree, but we can win this the way we’re going.
-
We’d all have took 1-1 before kick off.
Happy to take a point and move on to next game
-
Today’s away attendance
COYR
-
COYR! Pinch it at the death!
-
You must be joking
-
Richie Wellens red card aswell
-
Never a penalty.
-
Ffs
-
Kettled!
-
f**k football.
-
What a choker.
-
Never a penalty.
are you really that rose tinted
-
Kettle finally against us Wellens gonna get a touchline ban now
-
Dahlberg did nothing wrong. Their player had no chance of getting the ball and goes to ground and Kettle buys it. Appalling refereeing. The c*nt.
-
Thats an absolute joke again from Dahlberg
-
Both were penalties, don't delude yourself.
1st Why is knoyle sliding-in in that position
2nd Why is Dahlberg failing to catch the easiest ball he will ever face.
-
Keeper flicked the ball with his hand and in the same action after he touched the ball first the tripped the player , shocking pen
-
Never a penalty.
are you really that rose tinted
Suggest you watch it again.
-
That’s soul destroying, we were close to winning it too.
-
These are the type of things that happen when you are at the bottom.
-
Both were pens and both stupid and unnecessary
-
Ffs. That would have been a cracking point.
Typical though. How many late goals do we concede? Far too many
-
Dahlberg did nothing wrong. Their player had no chance of getting the ball and goes to ground and Kettle buys it. Appalling refereeing. The c*nt.
take it you mean apart from drop a easy catch and grab the strikers leg
-
Never a penalty.
Penalty all day long, another rugby tackle from Pontus
-
Dahlberg makes some great saves but he also makes some schoolboy errors I'm afraid.
-
Swings and roundabouts; Morecambe were robbed blind last week.
-

He flicked the ball and defender fell over his arm but he got the ball first watch it back iv watch replays not a pen
-
Kettle changes the results of so many games, he is incompetent.
-
Crewe get an injury time pen equaliser at Rotherscum to put us back into last place.
-
The sort of thing that happens in relegation seasons, that….
-
Kettle changes the results of so many games, he is incompetent.
Kettle makes my piss boil.
-
Knoyle and Dahlberg should be apologising to every other player in that dressing room because we didn't deserve to lose. A worrying trend for Dalhberg.
-
Def pen. We need to learn to take our chances when they arise. Could have won that. A far better performance which deserved at least a point
-
Kettle changes the results of so many games, he is incompetent.
I'd reckon he's given us more than against us.
Weak defending again. Again.
-
The sort of thing that happens in relegation seasons, that….
Yes, but look at the stats of that game. They had more shots on goal and double the possession. Generally that means you win.
-
All those saying they were penalties. They were both dubious at best IMHO. I’m fuming at Kettle. f**king fuming.
-
We didn't deserve to lose that.
-
All those saying they were penalties. They were both dubious at best IMHO. I’m fuming at Kettle. f**king fuming. Think your watching a different game both pens
-
Had plenty of chances, so did they to win this game. But we firstly chucked away 3 points with a pen awarded against Knoyle. Was it a pen don’t know. Then chucked a point away with a late pen against Dahlberg. Was it a pen, don’t know again. When things go wrong they go really wrong at the moment.
Wonder what RW said to get sent off?
Let’s hope for better on Tuesday
Onwards and upwards
COYR
-
It was a improvement but still think are will be in and around relegation unless we get a couple of good players in the next window
-
Plymouth have good loud supporters. We are clearly getting better as players settle in. I’m sure we have enough to stay in this league. Cukur has to get better if he can get fit, he’s a strong enough lad
-
Blaming the ref for that is idiotic and its an absolute sour grapes comment. Dahlberg should lose his spot now as Balcombe did after Accrington last year. Just as things looked like they were picking up we hit self distruct. Ive never known a team and a club make so many poor errors/decisions so consistantly season after season.
-
Dahlberg made a number of crucial saves to keep us in the game and overall had a really good game up until the pen incident. He does have a tendency to have a rush of blood to the head at critical times though.

Both were stone wall penalties I reckon
-

both dubious WTF have you been drinking, suppose if both at other end you would be saying nailed on though
-
That was even a foul in rugby.

Are you for real?
He’s single handedly won us the points we have

Take your glasses off pal they dont suit you. What about Accrington, Wednesdays 2nd goal, last week where only the ref knows why he didnt give it and also send him off, the 1st pen today he should have saved and of course the 2nd....... We are 7 games in! You dont get that many in a season from a solid keeper at this level. If it was Jones he would be out the team. Dont get me wrong either I dont think Jones is ready but a keeper cant have that many errors and keep his place.
-

It’s all about opinions, mate. I happen to think neither were penalties. I can see why they’ve been given in a split second decision, but for me, not good decisions.
It’s a shame because we deserved something from that game. Much improved all over.
-

Even the games against Wigan, Rotherham he was brilliant.
He’s been our best player this season by some distance
-
Cripes! You know your team is deservedly bottom of the league when someone in all seriousness claims your goalkeeper, who has made 4* clangers in just 8 games played, has "been our best player this season by some distance."
(* Sheff Wed 2nd goal; Accrington; Morecambe (got away with due to incompetent refereeing), Plymouth 2nd penalty)
