Getting fed up with this. A 1 minute total failure, just picking words quickly to get it over with.
Made worse by this awful snotty cold that doesn't seem to want to shift anytime soon.

One good thing about it is it's not as tense as Wordle because no one will have built up a decent enough run to dread failing and having to start all over again!

Yes the Connection is it describes my attempt to solve todays puzzle

Yet again totally erratic attempt ending in losing all 4 lives without solving even the (alleged) simplist Row or any other

BB is right at least you generally don't have a streak to play for and defend and in fact my record on WorLdle is still only 8 which ( consults Spreadsheet ) is still 6 higher than Connections

Sunday early rise doesn't pay off

Got Green , then Yellow losing 2 lives then next 2 lives lost with no more progress

Lost on 2

Looking at the 3rd Row I should have got it , and then even if you don't know connection you are left with 4 words and you are home and dry

I solved it Wolfie. Got the yellow and green with one life lost. After a bit of thought got the one with Garbage in it.
So bingo.
Would never have got the last row.

Even I got it today. Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple.

I doubt anyone would have got the Purple line because it doesn't make sense on this side of the Atlantic.

Yes the clues were there but I missed them looking too deeply at a different (non) connections

Got it today

First 2 came easy and 4 lives left

Saw 3 distinct connections for Row 3 and put them in with a random guess for 1 away so I knew I had 3 more guesses left to add the right answer
I got to 2 words left and 1 guess and picked right

Solved for a streak of One

WorLdle even better with a Streak of 2 . All time record 8 lol

Looks like my hunch to open a Thread dedicated to Connections was a good un ( like my beer according to others )

Now up to 65p a Pint but that's not bad I suppose as for them it's free

I had it surrounded as well

Kicked myself more at the other Purple row. Get that and the Yellows would be left there anyway
