That was best and worst game you will see for a while. Some absolutely diabolical defending and utterly ruthless finishing. The lad Wilks looks a real handful. Midfield set up was confusing. We are in for a ride this season!

Yes Derek, but he would have had to have that luck all season; we won't have the same luck every week that we had yesterday; we'll have to improve in midfield, and I believe that we will do.

No Andy; we beat them 4-1 at home, and drew 0-0 away.

That's the point I was trying to communicate Steve, my bad English. Fergie, luck wise, had two bad years injuries to key players loosing all centre halves in a very short time. Referee decisions that cost us a cup run and I don't know how many points. Does happen. I was going to have a cagey bet on promotion this year reckoning our bad luck just couldn't continue and Fergie new how to get out of this division. For me McCann dosnt carry the same reliability, an unknown. Wish him well though. Let's hope we get those breaks (like Saturday) we deserve.
