Been told there has been 3,000 plus train tickets sold from Donny to London Kings cross? Incredible if it's true, but can't see it being all Rovers fans seeing Sheff Wed are away to Peterborough on same day.

Why would they be going to London Kings Cross if they are playing Peterborough?  Surely they would just book to get off at Peterborough.

On a average day there's what 4 trains an hour?
So between 6am and 1pm (7 hours); that's 28 trains carrying 500 people = 14,000 people

And how many stations? 7/8 down the East Coast....

Simple maths really; I'm sure that's a normal day's travel.
