Partition between unreserved + others?
« on January 17, 2015, 09:08:43 pm by RoversAlias »
Season ticket holders near us today in the South West corner told us they were informed at the ticket office when they went to renew that some kind of board/partition being put up at the steps to stop people from the unreserved section sitting in allocated seats?

Sorry if I've missed it but I've seen no mention of this and it's something that might make STH in that corner move their seats too.

I assume this will happen in both corners to stop supporters in the unreserved SS moving to the west and East reserved seats.

Its something the club are still looking at. Its mainly about managing the areas properly so fans with unreserved tickets don't sit in reserved seats in corners and further across West and East and vice versa.

Nothing has been finalised yet but the most likely outcome will be stewards stationed every so many steps between the sections.

so extra cost, or is this just saving by having to have less stewards  than it would take to supervise the segregation between away and home supporters who can be manipulated easier  :)

Odd if they were going to put partitions up, you'd have thought they could have left part of the south stand reserved simply by moving where the partitions are put.
