We play(ed) better with Halliday/James in the team in their conventional positions as full/wing backs. The defense looks stronger, the attack looks more dangerous. They run the line and connect play. But the team aren't running for each other now. As a result we get stuck playing across the line (Richards, Anderson, Bostock)

Bogle - the bloke is stiff. Am I only the one who's noticing this? He looks crocked, shot to pieces. Miles away from a striker who can take it down, turn, and score. He also does the old Marquis complaining thing, but without scoring any goals.

Joe Wright. Sadly, he's been on the slide for a while now. A real big slide and when he's asked to play in any position other than centre back it becomes even clearer.

Lokilo - We keep hearing he's a player/prospect? But when he is actually gunna play. He hasn't ran beyond a player or put in a piercing ball all season. It's a luxury we can't afford.

It gets to a point that players have to secure their futures, and that’s likely to have been elsewhere with some of them. If they get potential offers now how can players risk waiting till the summer when they may get offered nothing and have mortgages to pay.

We almost certainly can no longer afford James. He’ll be offered far more than we will table. Best enjoy our last few weeks with our best player.

Good point this. Whether they are are trying to secure a new deal here or elsewhere if they get stuck in and pick up an injury they may be left without a club and face a huge fight to get a contract. With just a few weeks left a significant injury now will mean they could be left on the shelf.

However saying that Bogle has a longer deal and he just doesn’t look arsed
