Injuries
« on April 24, 2024, 09:39:43 am by murham »
Injuries……..I remember before Christmas, no , for the past two years , nobody wanted to play. Any sort of injury was a good excuse. I probably exaggerate, however, my point is , everyone wants to play now.
There is no mention of little niggling injuries. Grant has worked magic with man management this season.
Thank you

How’s Jon Taylor doing? Might need all the forward options we have in the next 4 games.

I believe JT is back in full training and, I would think Miller is getting there.

Maybe even Biamou if we got to the final? Usually 6-8 weeks for a hamstring.

At the time of Biamou’s scan, GM explained it could be 10-12 weeks and that his season was over.

Looked to have been limping quite badly at the lap of appreciation

It was great to see him still involved though. He always looks really enthusiastic, a good feeling to have in the squad. It reminds me of Don Goodman at Stoke. Not with us long but bubbly and really integrated.

Need to keep everyone in the side at present fit.

It would be great to have Close, Miller, Biamou & Taylor all match fit.

We would be spoilt for choice on bench.
We only have Hurst as a front player back up & possibly Goodman assuming his loan will finish imminently if not already.

Goodman has a broken foot sustained in his debut on loan

McCann not totally ruling out Miller and Taylor playing some role in play offs. Looks outside chance.

I think the most important signing of the season was probably the new medical staff, appreciating just how much difference they have made to the squad has energised a lot of players.

Should we get to Wembley, a fit Taylor would be made for that pitch. Would be blessed to have Hurst and Taylor as options to come on for Adelakun and Molyneux.
