I tell you what, i have a few grand spare that says SOD will never manage in the premiership. I have a feeling he wont manage in championship either,

Sorry to piss on your chips but he already has.

DRFC under SOD ( Last 33 games). 29 points = 0.88 ppg. 37 goals scored = 1.12gpg 62 scored against =1.88 gcpg.

Under Saunders ( 33 games ) 31 points = 0.94 ppg. 33 goals scored = 1.0 gpg. 57 scored against 1.73 gcpg.

Sort of puts Dean at least on par with SOD dont you think.

It actually looks better for DS if you take SOD last 25 and Dean first 25, by a good margin, but being fair DS has had 33 games so likewise those games afforded to SOD too.

Or,

You could put those 33 games under Saunders with all the players he's wanted at the club and available against 33 games when Sean had all his players that he wanted and available.

However, it all does seem pointless
