not sure about how I feel about this, he ripped us to bits earlier in season but talking to Blackpool fans that was not his usual standard

What better place for him to come to \"The Arsenal of the north\" home from home.

Very excited by the prospect of him signing until the end of the season. I do hope this is true. Looking at that website a lot of arsenal fans think he has a future there so could be an excellent signing for us. His name has been mentioned on here so many times over the season and i thought he looked awesome down at the keepmoat for Blackpool.

Sensational loan signing if Stock can't play for the rest of the season he will see us finish strongly, and will fit in perfectly into our system. Arsenal would be pleased with the way our players work, A great compliment from Wenger to loan hs youth team captain if it is true.

Sweet Jesus I've just poo'd my pants. This canny be right Cap'en

The game against us was one of the best midfield performances v DRFC that I have seen under Seans reign. And let's face it, not many opposition midfield players stand out against 5 of ours.

He smashed us to bits that day and was nigh on unplayable.

I appreciate what the Tangerines might say, but I've also tracked him on TV a few times and he still looked a very good prospect. One simply doesn't get that close to a starting 11 at Arsenal by not being a very good footballer.

I think a stint away from that their London and playing in our system will do the trick.

I'll believe it when he's at Cantley tomorrow.

From a poster on BBC 606

\"Trax FM said there was going to be some good news for Rovers fans revealed on the Official Website tomorrow morning.
I suppose this is it, and good news it is indeed.
Hopefully he will come in and do a good job for us!\"

Sounds positive!

Good! An athletic, attack minded player. Much needed I think, gives us an extra dimension to unlock stubborn defences (like Leicester's).

If he plays the way he did for Blackpool v Donny then it is a very good piece of business by SOD. I hope he brings no baggage and is keen to show Mr Wenger that he is serious about playing at the top level for Arsenal.I hope it goes well for the Lad and Donny.

from that most reliable of sources - Wikipedia - never knowingly right!!!!

He made his Arsenal debut when he started the 4th round FA Cup tie against Stoke 24 January 2010, playing as a striker in a 3 man attack he was substituted after 66 minutes.
Emmanuel-Thomas will sign for Doncaster Rovers on loan until the end of the season, reports suggest.

Just been chatting to an Arsenal season ticket holder about him, they rate him very highly and would be very happy if this is true. They are very aware of how we play and wonder why their other youngsters have not come to us. I really hope this happens now.

I work with an Arsenal fan and he said that he's talked about as 'one for the future' in the pubs around their ground. If Sean pulls this off or not, it has to be said that he's been awesome in the loans market; Shacks, Ward and Billy have looked very good in our system and at this level, there is also a case for the Mutch signing too.

This possible link with Arsenal could be very exiting indeed.

Midfielder Jay Emmanuel-Thomas is set to join Doncaster.

The 'Young Guns' website reports that Emmanuel-Thomas has agreed a loan move to Doncaster.

Emmanuel-Thomas arrived in Yorkshire this morning to agree terms and have a medical at the Keepmoat Stadium. He is expected to sign on until the end of the season, although this is yet to be confirmed.

Having Emmanuel Thomas will give the side height and he plays attacking midfield which we need. If Brian Stock is unavailable then we should go back and loan Craig Eastman has the defensive midfield player. A footballing tall midfield player. Add to those two, Woods if fit, Oster and Coppinger/Shiels then the Midfield will be far better. With Mutch, Wilson and Shiels has backup.

Lets hope SOD can keep him in check if this rumour is true, on the 2nd of this month he was caught driving hos £100k motor whilst failing to stop and with no insurance/license, heard he has a great future IF he can 'grow up'.....here hoping SOD can work his magic
