Title: Latvia sending state owned seized cars to Ukraine.

What a great idea. Latvia are sending cars seized from drink drivers to Ukraine to assist their hospitals and military.
I know cars seized in the uk for no insurance/used in crime usually end up in a crusher.
I've emailed my local MP.
