Added time becoming a "joke"
« on November 24, 2021, 07:49:13 pm by Donnywolf »
HOW the hell was added time at 90 minutes only 2 minutes
1 goal allegedly 30 seconds3 sub allegedly 30 seconds each

That is 2 minutes BUT lets not forget the Tommy Rowe stoppage - at least 2 minutes AND one of their players lying in our 6 yard box [no Trainer allowed by Ref] 30 seconds at least
Minimum 4 minutes if you dont count that last stoppage
This is the 2nd time lately that added time has been really low [wrongly] - and although I was hoping for minus 5 why do Refs do this. It certainly shouldnt be to save us from further punishment and I certainly hope it isnt being done as part of the "letting the game flow" initiative

By that I mean letting Refs have a free hand to "allow" play to go on when there are clear fouls and stopping play early if the result isn't going to change in their opinion

It happens regularly John, when one team has no chance of getting back in the game.

... yes agreed but even at say 5-0 a goal for either side could alter their GD - a long shot I know - and alter the Table at end of Season

Also punters could be adversely affected - very important to them
