Looks like he is asking home fans to be behind the team more to improve results. He certainly gets it away. Time to give the players a lift tomorrow even if we go behind, just look what happened against Hull when the crowd lifted the team you could just see the difference. So cheer and shout them on tomorrow and PLEASE no booing.

Interesting comment from Benaldo that cheering your team doesn't make any difference. Interesting in the fact that every Olympic medallist this summer disagreed with him. But I'm sure he's the expert on these things.

If you speak to any players when they get cheered on they love it so step up there game

Some years ago there was a experiment done with three matches one with constant cheers, one with constant booing and one in just silence.

Guess what the players enjoyed the one with constant cheers the best, and that also resulted in the best game with a big win

So ill carry on cheering thank you very much

Next thing he will say is that the referee can't hear me when I yell at him

Not quite true. Rebecca Adlington struggled with the pressure of expectation that comes with the support of a large home crowd. Different individuals will react in different ways.

Rebecca Adlington is just not as good as she thinks she is. That was the issue with her.

That's the trouble with these World and Olympic champions, who also hold the World and Olympic records. They often overrate themselves.

Listen to Dave Syers on player, he loves playing away because ALL the people who have gone to the trouble of getting there are behind the team. Let's get the home supporters to feel the same, too many who are ready to criticise anything just for the sake of it.

OK if you pay your money you are entitled to do as you wish, but if all you can do is boo and slag players off, stay at home, look at the wife and then wish you were at the Keepmoat.  Also, think about those of us who would love to be there but can't .
