Logging on to the forum

Bit off topic but I am having a problem which started yesterday with the site.

Every time I log out and then come back to the site I am having to re enter my password.
Don’t know why or what I should do to sort it.

Anyone know what to do or can the person who deals with technical faults try and sort it for me.

From a technical point of view, have you tried turning it off and on again? If this doesn’t work then I ain’t got a clue!

Not sure if it is relevant, but I never log out of the site, so I don't have to log in again. It seems to remember my credentials. I just close the browser page.

I never log out either, the site remembers my log in details every time I visit.

The login details seem to be attached to a cookie. I lose mine when I clean out my cookies. Maybe you have turned on something that stops cookies being saved, or another option that deletes all cookies when you close down your browser.

The first issue might be your anti virus software, the second might be your browser settings.

Something on the I pad had been set differently. I am blaming the better half.
Not very IT savvy.

I had this problem once, turns out that I had somehow selected the private setting on safari which doesn’t save cookies.
Once I switched it back to normal I stayed logged in.
