Renewal letters were sent out last week. Watch out for the anomaly on the Kids bolt on though application form says £50 leaflet says £40. so check which is correct before paying.

I’m renewing 3 tomorrow. Not quite sure why I’m renewing mine as haven’t been since before Christmas and unlikely to go much next season but just feels wrong to not have one

Just went to order online but it tries to allocate a seat. Is the South stand to be all seater next year?

I think they have to allocate a seat just so they know how many they've sold. I used to have my season ticket in the South and it had a seat number allocated to it despite being unreserved.

The club are expecting a fall off of 10 to 15% in renewals, mainly because of the upsurge of promotion, if we finish the season well, I will be disappointed if this occurs.
I have not heard of anyone not renewing, and one or two new guys have said they are going to get one next season.
Let's hope the sales stand up better than the club expect.

Hi donny, I just had the same but logged in again twice more (after checking the letter I received) and eventually it changed to £299 and £219 (cat c prices) for the tickets for me & my mum - not sure if there was a bug in the system?? I emailed them to let them know this had happened so hopefully resolved now! 2 ordered at the correct prices (eventually!) but not sure if I'll get a free gift for being one of first 500 bought as it took so much faffing to get the correct price I may miss out!!

Yeah, I checked about half hour later and it had changed so now renewed.

Been down and renewed in person, theres a fair queue, a bit dissappointes with my free gift mind, a £20 Debenhams voucher, took an hour and twenty minutes to get to front of queue

I emailed about this too and Tracey said that if you are one of the first 500, and you buy online, there will be a randomly chosen gift left in your name at the box office (one per ST purchased in full). Hope that helps,

Just checked an email.

Please note free gifts will be issued on a first come first served basis. As part of the redemption process you will receive a signed letter confirming your prize, which will then be available for redemption from Monday April 16, after the early bird window has closed. Gifts will be allocated to online sales as well as those made in person or over the phone and online applications will be available to be made from 9am on Tuesday morning.
