In the minority I know but have never liked hoops. Unique (well almost) I know but more suited to Tattersfield for me. Now if we could  bring back the African Violet away kit - that was definitely a winner.

To mark our anniversary, I'd like to see the first ever shirt as our 3rd choice this season, royal blue with a yellow cross and a matching Tam O'Shanter.

Never lose the hoops. Unique to us in the EFL.

It’s usually announced just before Father’s Day.
That’s june 16th. I’m not sure if there’s a definite link between the two, or if I just notice it that way.

Yeah last season it was the beginning of May.

Yes, but if we're changing suppliers that will impact on the new kit being released, i.e. existing contracts etc.

Also, it's not like there's a set date they need to come out every year. We won't even see the players playing in it for another 6 weeks or so.

Im guessing that is the delay now then based on other clubs being announced....... Hang on with new manufacturers as well.

Not a dig but how come other clubs have managed this and not rovers? I only ask as I'm nosy and always look forward to our new strip

Wonder if the fact that today’s legends kits were produced by puma bares any fruit

The online store is closed and that was run by FBT so I’m guessing there’s definitely a new supplier. Puma would be great I reckon. Or Kappa for the ‘dressers’ - I winder if we can persuade Sergio Tacchini to have a go...

And they're located just down the road from the Keepmoat on Heaven's Walk across from the ATS garage.

Xblades are a Australian company who’s UK base is located in Donny. It’s run by an ex Dons rugby player. They make Castlefords  and Hull krs shirts in super league plus quite a few in Australia. I’ve had a few of the Aussie ones over the years and are all good quality shirts. Not sure if they have made any football shirts before though

Going for a name brand just because isn't always the best idea. Our Nike kits were poor quality and generic templates, and they're the biggest sportswear brand in the world.

This. Look at Leicester's kit, it's a recycled Germany from a few year back. I don't want us to be the same as everyone else.

Forget who is choosing design this year - is it JR or Grandad Len?

For God's sake, don't raise that one again. There'll be interviewers from Kyrgyzstan TV flocking down to the Black Bank.

Great call, goes with the Club Doncaster ethos.

Figure hugging shirts to show the abs? Just don't let them design the balls.
