Clearly out of favour, but he would need to be replaced.
Maybe so But the squad is paper thin as it stands so selling a senior player would be ridiculous
Whiteman, Sheaf, Gomes and Blair all ahead of him.
Update on Crawford. Suggestion that his contract could be terminated by mutual consent - which would put him in the free agent list. That also means he wouldn't have to be done before 5pm.
Disapointing one this, good underrated player who I prefer to Sheaf and Gomes.
I wouldn't mind Crawford going. Too lightweight and loses the ball too much. Moore clearly spotted it also (Me and Moore are clearly footballing gods)I will say though, if our only bit of transfer business this deadline is to lose a player to Bolton! It will be the existential meltdown of all meltdowns among our fans.

Maybe it frees up wages for a player we want to bring in?(just a thought)
I wouldn’t be at all comfortable pushing Alfie May into a central midfield role that he’s never played before. Crawford is clearly out of favour with Dm, but he was a fairly big contributor to our success last season and I’d like to think we had more of a plan than chucking Alfie May into an unfamiliar role. We’ll see, as I type there are still 31 minutes to get incoming deals over the line. (30 minutes now).
