It is not especially obvious unless you search this out, but the Terms and Conditions are decisive:


Tickets are available for booking from 13 August 2021 until 31 May 2022, for travel between these dates. Some exclusions apply (see below). Please ensure the booking window is open and valid for the date you intend to travel. If your chosen travel date isn't yet available, sign up for a ticket alert and check back at a later date. Your discount code can be used for a maximum of 50 tickets over the course of the promotion (August 2021-May 2022).

It runs broadly aligned with the season ticket duration to which it is linked, from August through to May.
