Title: Season ticket

When are we supposed to pick up from ground?
Went down on Saturday, closed because of concert. Been down this evening (supposed late opening), shut.

Monday 09:00 - 16:30.
Tuesday 09:00 - 16:30.
Wednesday 09:00 - 16:30.
Thursday 09:00 - 16:30.
Friday 09:00 - 16:00.
Saturday Closed.
Sunday Closed.

I had to search the other day because I had Bradford tickets to pick up.

Not really. I’m not sure if they’re even the right times but it’s the only times I could find

Pick em up first home game perhaps? Bit of a faff but it's only once.

Especially if they have them at dedicated pick up point - like they do for Match Tickets in South Stand Reception

I've definitely done it in the past Wolf, I can't be sure but it probably was from the pick up point rather than the ticket office itself.

Except on the ticket office door, it says open Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. No Where does it say home match days only As I have just found out to cost of a wasted trip.

In the past I’ve picked my season ticket up from the collection point on the first home game of the season, but now I pay the little bit extra and have it sent to my house, a lot less hassle

I e mailed the office on Thursday to arrange postage, arrived this morning.
