This could be a great game for Wilks if he fancies it, watching the highlights from the 4-5 their defence didn't enjoy having to deal with quick, incisive runs into the heart of their ranks and Wilks loves to do that.

Theres history between Sunderland and Coventry if I remember correctly. Last day of the season some years ago, Sunderland were in a relegation battle with Coventry and another team who they just happened to be playing that day - one of the 3 would be relegated. The Coventry game was held up for some concocted reason which meant that Sunderlands game finished on time and there was still quite a bit of time left at Coventry. The Sunderland score was announced over the tannoy which meant that if Coventry and their opposition drew, they would both be safe and Sunderland would be relegated - Either winning would send the other down. Needless to say, they both passed the ball around midfield with no tackles or attacking intent for the remainder of the game to ensure they drew and Sunderland went down.
Reminded me too much of our game against palace, but at least they were a premiership side. Really disappointed that we never looked like at least testing their keeper. We need to improve IF we make the play-offs but on todays showing we are a few quality players away from a championship team.
