Fa cup upsets
« on December 04, 2021, 05:01:37 pm by normal rules »
Let’s be honest, today was not an upset was it?
Harrogate beat Pompey and Hartlepool beat Lincoln. Both away too.
Good luck to them both.
Barrow get a replay too.
I hope they get the plum draws.

Nope, there was no shock with us. The worrying thing is we got utterly dominated by a bottom half league 2 side.

Depressing stuff

Very few of them players care for the shirt, the club or the town.

This mess is bigger than any manager I’m afraid. Doesn’t matter who we appoint, this runs deep

We are certain to go down I think. With the current set of players, we’ve got 6 more games to endure before the window opens. Even then, it’s probably another 2 games until we realistically get players in. So let’s say 8 games.

I honestly can’t see us getting a win in these 8 games with the squad we have. Possibly a point or 2 if lucky.

We will have too much ground to make up by then im afraid.

Don’t be daft. We can salvage this season. I feel sure.

Admire your optimism PDX. But tell me where the points are coming from in the next 8 games? The teams around us and above will surely pick up some points here and there.

We could be 10 adrift by the time January comes.

Getting some players back is just as important, we had none of our midfield playing today.
And our two main forwards are still out injured

Thats all well and good dickos. But if those players don’t come back before January then my point still stands about where we get any wins from. I know we are crocked with injuries, but that doesn’t mean we won’t still get relegated with the current players we have at our disposal
