Apparently west ham tuned him down because of the supporters adverse reaction to him.But also he is nowhere near fully fit.

I read the same article as Gazlaz that basically says he is training well with West Ham. Sam knows him well as he did well with him at Bolton. He is aware of negative fans reaction and he will take this into account but he will decide. This is last nights paper and the way I read it it didn't look like they'd turned him down to me.
