At least we might be a bit more sheltered from the constant cold breeze we seem to get these days!
-
That could do us for the proposed VSC Social gathering lol - although the glass would have to be of the "privacy" type

Good to see you today DW.

Another new twist https://www.yorkshirecoastradio.com/news/national/3102787/coronavirus-missing-a-pint-at-your-local-during-lockdown-help-is-at-hand/

I’ve a 750mm bottle of Hoegaarden in the fridge for when I meet my mate in the virtual pub at 4o’clock. We usually meet up every fortnight so during lockdown we do it on FaceTime. Not as good but a good natter about footy and the world at large. No chance of falling over on the way back either.

Never mind the pub, I really miss the Lucky Pint :(

Any of these any good DW https://www.hallcrossdoncaster.co.uk/news-offers-events/253136-armchair-beer-festival/

I tend to stick to Bitter - so of those the star turn is Acorn Barnsler Bitter on May 21st. Stancill also brew BB but good as it is Acorn is my favourite (Little Plough) unbeatable on draught
28th May Betty Stoggs (Cornwall) is a former CAMRA supreme champion - widely available in Tesco Asda etc
Im not a devotee of Timothy Taylors Landlord (June 4) as I prefer their Boltmaker (both of them CAMRA SC's - indeed Landlord has done it multiple times)
June 11 and another old fav of many people London Pride from Fullers (Smith & Turner) but no favouritism due to the name. Its a great beer
Same week and one where I depart from exclusively Bitters Rudgate Ruby Mild nice red mild as it will say on the bottle lol
Same week Kelham Island Pale Rider CAMRA Supreme Champion 2004 is a well loved Beer and I have 2 friends who swear by it (Windmill Thorne has it permanently on) but for me too hoppy. I was offered a Barrel by Pub recently to avoid wasting it but I would have felt "tight" taking it when I always have BB.
As for the rest there are some great Beers I can see but and I will throw it out for others who drink them to elaborate. A few votes will come for any Titanic Brews for sure !

I wished that I still lived in Donny looking at that list.
I’d definitely be buying a couple, even if just to help them out.😉
I always go for real ale or even craft and enjoy a range of flavours. I can’t understand people that go for the likes of Carling, Fosters etc. that are very bland to me.
