Tight Bookies
« on April 23, 2024, 08:18:34 am by Donnywolf »
Must be hurting with all payouts and potential bigger payouts if we make it up

I've been betting on Richard Wood for First and anytime Scorer encouraged by the quote I read saying " he would be good for 5 to 6 goals from Set pieces"

Ok he was out for a long long time but I haven't had a return on him yet but Sky have been dropping his odds despite the evidence

Started at 66/1 and has dropped through the 50s into the 40s which I got Saturday

Tonight ? 33/1. Tight gits

Got a feeling Woody has a big goal in him to come. May be tonight, may be what’s to follow. But I think a big one is coming.

He's had the one disallowed.

When the big one comes he might be 9/2 though. Suppose he may be more than 33/1 with other Bookies

Just imagine had we took our chances and that goal stood at Salford!

In short the price is linked to team chance of winning, total match goals predicted and then that players % of predicted total match goals.

Wood on Bet365
22/1 1st scorer
22/1 last scorer
17/2 anytime

Ones to maybe avoid:
George Miller 5/1
Max Biamou 6/1
Or if you feel really adventurous…
Conor Carty 7/1!

The latter being even more crazy when you see Haks at 7/1 and Moly at 8/1

Anderson got the third goal.
I was responding to the post by Rich 1471 who said one of our CBs hadn’t scored all season.
