Charity Football Match for Firefly
« on July 15, 2014, 10:15:03 am by donnyplant »
Hi All,

If you stuck for something to do this saturday its the annual Doncaster Business Cup at the Keepmoat, raising much needed funds for local charity. This year the proceeds are going to firefly. Tickets are just £5 for adults and £3 for children & OAP's.

It should be a good laugh if nothing else, kick off is 3pm and you can find out more on our facebook page:

www.facebook.com/doncasterbusinesscup

or our website:

www.doncasterbusinesscup.co.uk

Thanks for your support, look forward to seeing a few there.

Bit of a bump for this thread.

I'm also taking part in this game and would like to get as many people down to support it as possible. With the sad passing of Firefly's founder earlier this year from cancer, we're determined to raise as much money as possible for her charity. Firefly are currently leading the forum poll so they're obviously a charity that has touched and benefited a lot of people and I'm sure most people will be related to or know someone who has been affected by the illness.

Tickets are available on the day (adults £5, kids £3) We and Firefly would really appreciate your support.

Thanks

This event is tomorrow, tickets on the door. It will be on rain or shine, a bit of fun after the last few days?

I'm in the Lakes unfortunately. I would have definitely paid to see Skip O'Hara and a few others running around ;)

Skip has been working hard in training and may catch one or two off guard.

All support would be greatly appreciated by the players and Firefly.

Thanks

I had planned to demolish one of my outbuildings tomorrow but the rain looks to have scuppered that. I may just mosey along to this.
