i can hear it now. "the lads applied themselves well in the first half and im starting to see the process paying dividends blah blah. " bit unlucky in the second half. im not blaming mitchell though because the defence should have done the basics *sharp intake of breath* so we go again next week. im pleased with their application and effort blah blah"

HlDS looks a very lost man wandering round the pitch

Times up hopefully

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Amazing.

Grimsbys form, as was rovers, was poor coming into this game. Yet another team we have given a lift to. On their big day out too. How much lower can this get?

Noticeable he didn’t wander very far from the centre circle at the FT whistle. He daren’t face the few remaining in the south stand.

The man is a liability.
He thinks like a development coach where results don't matter.
He is incapable of reading how a game is going and doesn't have a clue how to wrestle back control from the opposition.
A reaction from them was inevitable, and we could all see what was going to happen and any slightly knowledgeable/experienced manager would have switched to a 451, flooded the midfield to stem the constant flow of attacks from the opposition and get them on the back foot.
He is totally out of his depth, is showing no improvement, in fact we have regressed since his appointment, and is tactically inept.

He must be sacked tonight or he should have the dignity to resign!

We're still marching slowly - backwards.
