It must all be a dream when McCann came in an assured the fans 'they will be my signings'. No it's not a dream, he clearly made that (or similar) statements several times. Why he is ascribed no responsibility whereas Schofield got absolutely berated by the fans makes no logical sense.

For a start, we don't know for sure which of the more recent recruits were McCanns or Copps' 'signings' or maybe both? We can debate until the cows come home about our recruitment in the past and all those potentially involved.More recent changes have been made. Changes also made on the fitness side of things but haven't really had chance to take effect. Even before today, before Bradford, before Morecambe, we know McCann needs time to work through this, so there's no point changing the agenda and the focus on what's needed.

Learning lessons? Not being doomed to make the same mistakes over and over and over again?Nah let’s just stick our head in the ground because we’re all Rovers fans aren’t we.

Out of the players playing at the minute, McCanns signings equate to around half the starting line up. And they are the ones doing their best amongst the shite around them. Ironside, Bailey, senior, Nixon, sterry! Are not the problem.
