Deano's successor to be unveiled prior to the Leyton Orient match on 19 January however GB has emphisized that the club is not committed to appointing a new manager in the next fortnight as they have every faith in the interim team.

Very wise!  About the best thing about what has happened is that with Brian Flynn around, we have someone experienced enough to manage the situation so shouldn't feel rushed into anything.

I certainly not against giving the interim team 3 or 4 games before making a decision.

It's all good giving the interim boys a chance, I'm all for that but not in this month. January is our last chance to strengthen the squad properly in the transfer market, where do we stand on allowing Flynn/Jones to operate in that?
