Inspirational leadership? Perhaps not Sean O'Driscolls forte but wasn't that part of Richard O'Kelly's remit?It didn't work out too bad.

Sean would have been a much more convincing manager had he been able to comunicate better. RO'K was a much better talker.Perhaps Sean would make a far better assistant than a manager.
Those you mention must have strong enough characters to provide inspirational leadership, because they have done! Strong leaders don't have to be loud mouths! They should be good communicators though.

They should be good communicators though.I agree with that, you would expect a decent manager to be a good communicator.And have a fundamental understanding of the game be a good tactician.And have an understanding of people.Would he need to have had a career playing professional football though?
