SOD did say in one of his interviews last week that he'd gone back, which is the usual thing that happens, sounded like it was a minor niggle and only out for 2 or 3 weeks.

A \"minor niggle\" usually means that you're out for at least two months at DRFC! Maybe Sunderland's medical people will be quicker at getting him back playing?

Accidently 'hit' the 'Back Key' when on the DROS Treatment Table page.

No way will Colin Clish make Saturdays game.

Hurry back Col. You're sadly missed.

Thanks for keeping 'your' finger on the pulse DROS, on behalf of us poor sods who keep thr turnstiles turning, are season ticket holders & travel 150 miles round trip to support the team. We'd be as lost without you, as much as you would be without us.

This might be a little controversial, but would it be worth (if possible) cancelling the loan? I think at the time of signing the idea was to bolster the defence for a play off push, but now there is little chance of that happening, and the defence seems much improved, and we should get some injuries coming back in the next few weeks, is it worth keeping him?

Let's be honest he must be costing us an absolute fortune and if he was fit for Saturday who would we drop? It would seem very unfair on O'Conner or Hird the way they have performed the last 2 games. Would Kilgallons wage money be better saved for strenthening the squad in the summer preparing for next season?

Isn't Sunderland paying a good chunk of his wages though?

No do not cancel the loan! We don't have to drop anybody, by the time Killa is fit one of the others will be f**ked up again.

Don't think we're going to make the play-offs, but if we keep him for the season we may have a chance of getting him on a permanent deal for next season. He's going to have to accept a pay-cut if he wants games anyway.

Good point about looking towards getting him permimantly at the end of the season. My point really was, from a financial point of view, if we don't get in the play offs and don't go down, does it matter where we finish? Of course it would be nice to finish above last season etc but would we be any better off financially for doing it? Are there incentives for finishing as high as possible like in the prem? If there aren't it doesn't really make too much sense (from the CEOs point of view) to continue investing in this season in terms of players wages etc.

Yeah, I think there's also that system of incentives for the FL. So yeah, it does matter really.
