Somebody needs to knock up some t-shirts with something like 'The Titanic went down....it was Main's fault!. You could go through all sorts to put to it. 'Shergar goes missing...It was Main's fault' etc, etc.

Pompey fan here.
At the title presentation at the end of the season, Main was brought out along with the youth framers as opposed to the first team, despite playing a fair few games at the start of the season. Pretty sure he didn't get given a medal.
Bennett, on the other hand, thrived at the end of last season. I think Cook found a way to get the best out of him.

Their takeover is to go ahead. Big dangers next season.

Unlikely that we'll be too impacted this season; takeover is unlikely to go through until close to the end of the transfer window, and the main priority is making sure the stadium meets health and safety criteria. If it didn't go ahead, however, we'd have potentially had some rough years ahead.

Poor takeover in my opinion. The value is all wrong, despite considerable investment over the last few years it hasn't been reflected in the purchase price.
