.Saturday's Meeting of the Lazari
« on April 25, 2024, 12:45:49 pm by Colemans Left Hook »
I have just been out on The Coleman Estate picking "Magic Mushrooms" and FAL's complementary supply is on the way to him. It makes a change from humble pie.

As we all know the plural of Lazarus technically ought to be Lazari

One or two of you might know where this thread is going .........  can you guess ?

let's take an hours break .for lunch .. before continuing the thread   apparently on this cold day it's mushroom soup

It's month's ago since i said there wouldn't be mushroom behind that Gillingham goal come judgement day

For crying out loud CLH what on earth are you on about. Seriously is anyone going to know what that post means.
Mushrooms.   I thought this was a DRFC football forum.
I don’t mean to be rude but please just post something that I can understand. Maybe i am thick but just for once I am assuming it isn’t just me that doesn’t get it.

Can you put that into very plain simple English please.  Many thanks in anticipation.  :)

I think he me means Mo Faal’s a t**t and Gillingham’s goal will be busy on Saturday.

It seems Viz’s minor character Hugh Phemism is real.

RIGHT we've all had a bit of fun now for the facts

in January 2023 i watched Premiership Leicester scrape a 1-0 win on tv in round 3 of the Fa Cup Gillingham wwere "social distancing" at the bottom of Division 2 well adrift and Some American "Angel" was interviewed  with his plans for the Club

So I lumped on Gillingham  to do a Lazarus Act and they signed virtually a new team ironically Colchester signed more than them (at least 11 players) including raiding Mansfield .

As we all know Gillinham rose from the grave and I think  not sure -finished above Rovers

so Gillingham were the Lazarus of season  2022-2023

and who do you think are the Lazarus of 2023-2024

Hence the meeting of the Lazari  :scarf: :scarf:

for those of you who are knocking your head against a brick wall  :headbang:

try knocking it against some Lapis lazuli

ironically Gillingham will be wearing the blue shirts on Saturday

hope we are not knocking our heads against a brick wall defence

..... back to the magic mushroom picking me thinx

Apologies for the mistake in the header i did actually type Lazuli in the header instead of Lazuri

remember as i keep saying Exeter City won the Lazarus award in the year we threw the title away

and when we were in division 1 Plymouth rose from near bottom to be about 8th and just miss out on the play offs
