Just passed the KMS and there is a queue about 50 persons long queuing at the club shop - summat new in is there?

Collected my new shirt (without anything on the back!) and it looks great.  Like it even more than I thought.

Last minute change of plans, so 5 of us now going. (Can't wait)

Just been to get the tickets and the queue at ticket office is about 40-50 people.

f**k the queues in the ticket office or shop... The queue in BV bar is ridiculous!!!

Why they don't pour 200+ pints before anyone gets there I don't know, same in the bars at half time.

Where had the usual burger bars outside gone-have they been "warned off"by the Keepmoats new caterers -much better burgers from them and you got fried onions as well !

Exactly, they should be loads of them lined up so as some as you get to bar your dealt with quickly and move on.

Same with the food, I could not believe they were cooking evey tray of chips and hotdogs to order. It took five minutes for us to get a hotdog and a tray of chips. That's one customer dealt with in five minutes from a queue of about 40 people at that serve point.

All this is basic retail stuff that we still are failing to get right.

Also, can't they have vending machines in the concourse for bottles of coke/water etc which would take some of the people out if the queue straight away.

Cos you pour 200+ pints by the time you get to 200 it's flat - then you would complain!
