Are you saying If you are at a roundabout with no one else at the roundabout you have to wait until someone else arrives at the roundabout?

Of course, you should give way to traffic on the right, when traffic is actually there! A driver 20 yards from a roundabout shouldn't expect priority over someone who is already on it!

Come to Bradford and you can just do as you please.
I was stood outside the Tesco Express at a busy crossroads and in five minutes at least six cars went through at red. Not amber but after Red had been showing for a couple of seconds. Here amber means accelerate hard and go through.
