Someone down our street at 09:15 this morning. I understand not everyone can sleep in and wants to get on with stuff, and if it was a normal working Monday, I'd understand, but when it's a day of rest, is it a bit inconsiderate?

Your neighbour maybe saw forecast and got mowing before it rained ?

What about those poor buggers who are in bed after being on nights? Not many people consider them! A mate of mine who worked at Bentley pit could never sleep on the night shift because of all the banging and clattering. He had to wait until he got home in the morning.

I was thinking that, regards the forecast.

Maybe I'm just being mardy because I was in one of those lovely, deep sleeps when I was disturbed haha.

I can only get a deep sleep when watching telly. Fine at 8 done but by 10 I will have nodded off during a Prog I wanted to watch

Then at 5 am onwards I put on what I missed the previous night

I am jealous of those still posting on here at mignight and beyond

Any power tool before 9AM is a no no IMO.

At least the rain stopped any bonfires we are plagued with.

I’m going to mow mine in about ten minutes if that’s alright with everyone!
