Terry has spoken a few times about passing on the torch of DRFC but finding the right suitor.

He wants to get us in a better position and then move on so his time isn't seen as a failure. He is a proud man.

Let's not forget He will be restricted by financial fair play.

What I would take from this season over amd above the last few is that TB must know that GM is THE MAN to do the job he wants and he needs to back him. This place has been full and bouncing on 2 or 3 occasions this year and probably the first time TB seen that in 5yrs or more.

I trust he will see that and will back him as far as he can within the league rules.
