Scott Brown the midfield captain/kingpin of a team in Green and White hoops would look like a Sunday morning pub player against a 40 year old fella in Red and White hoops.

Some very confused views here mixing politics and what league teams play in.

Also the issue of Rangers and Celtic not being good enough for the Prem is naiive. If they were in the Prem they'd get stacks more cash for building their team.

However, I'm against all this money making super league stuff. An obvious next step might be combining the Dutch and Belgian leagues, or the Scandi leagues, or the Balkans etc etc. Monstrous messing.

They'll get the same as Everton and Newcastle, but why aren't those two winning loads of stuff? Might it just be because they ain't playing Ross County and Hamilton Academical four times a year..?

I can really see top players moving to Scotland. Players want London or Manchester. They would both get a big shock if they came south. Newcastle can't get players to move up there and they get 50k fans a home game.

Rangers and Celtic have massive fan bases, far more earning potential than Everton and Newcastle.

What David Moyes says:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56865597

He wants a Prem 1 and 2. Too many games being played. What? 38 games, plus the odd FA CupP and League Cup are too many? Give it a rest Dave!  :headbang:

How many of these teams would just arrange more friendlies?
They complain about lack of time and then arrange friendlies in the USA and Asia purely for financial gain rather than play nearer home.
West Ham aren’t exactly a massive club above half of the Premier teams.
They have been mediocre for years and I wonder what his views would be if they were third bottom at the minute.
