Title: How to add a picture to your profile

Jesus i work in IT and i cant work out how to add a picture to my profile.. (I need to start looking for a new Job)

Can anyone point me in the right direction. (for the picture i mean, not a new job)

Click 'Profile' in the bottom left corner of the page. It's under 'User Menu'.
